Or, one of my favorites, ignore the kitchen and head up to the local bar for some tasty eats and a challenging game of pool.  It's just a 10 minute walk away.

How about swimming some laps to get rid of that "Christmas Bulge"?  The pool is only steps away from your door.  Or for those of you, who don't seem to gain a pound no matter what you eat, just hang out in the sauna, sweating precious weight away that you really can't afford to lose...  The hot tub is a great place to ready your body for an afternoon nap, nothing like a hot soak to get those limbs loosened up for some zs.

There's a variety of movies, DVD and VHS, ranging from the classics to current day.  There are even a couple of boxed TV dramas, which guarantee once you start you'll be glued to the set for hours.  There are also about 100 paperback novels available for you with a wide variety of authors, probably something for anyone.  For even lighter reading, there are always some tabloid and political magazines.  (You gotta stay current in this day and age...)

Want the kids out of your hair, but want them nearby?  The Nintendo Game Cube has games suitable for the whole family;  "MarioKart" is my favorite, and there's a great variety to choose from.  This game unit is set up in the 2nd bedroom, close enough to keep an eye on things, but away from the main TV so as to not disrupt any viewers.

Another luxury available is a massage.  Imagine enjoying having your aching muscles worked over by capable, strong hands.  All this in the privacy and comfort of the suite.  Imagine sliding off their table after a relaxing treatment and trotting off for another nap...  There's a great selection of bath products to pamper yourself and even some hairstyling appliances.  Nothing like a makeover on a rainy day...  This must be booked well in advance.  $130 for a 75 minute aromatherapy massage.

And, the newest selection available to this experience, is a personalized tarot card reading by a local professional psychic.  This was just recently sampled by yours truly on a girls weekend up at the condo, and won rave reviews.  This psychic will travel up to Mt. Washington to give you and your friends individual personalized readings.

Arrangements for massage and psychic have to be made in advance, so please specify this at time of booking.
